Securing meaningful employment is a major milestone in the refugee claimant settlement journey; it not only provides financial stability and more housing options, but it also provides a sense of hope. We work with 30-40 refugee claimants each year on accessing financial resources, learning about the Canadian workplace, creating a personalized career roadmap, becoming employment ready, and pursuing their career in Canada.
